Responsibilities:
To objectively research and present factually documented information at court hearings. Volunteers write reports detailing their findings and recommendations as to what should be done in order to meet the best interests of the child.
Benefit To Volunteer:
Knowledge that children who have experienced a great deal of heartache and often physical pain, will have the chance to live safe and happy lives in permanent homes with loving and deserving families resulting from the actions of the volunteer.
Trained and Supervised by: Executive Director and Volunteer Coordinator
Training Plan:
40 hours of training held at office in Batavia. Trainings are held twice per year in February and October.
